SHIPPING POLICY

All shipping is done with great care for your purchase and the environment. I will always elect to use recycled or recyclable packaging where possible, this means that your delivery might not look too pretty, but the important things will be safe (your purchase and our planet).

Processing of your order to get it out the door and in the hands of Australia Post will be done in a timely manner and within 3 business days where possible. Unless that are unforeseen circumstances and I will contact you directly. 

I know that waiting for your order to arrive can be an exciting time, and please remember that I see the same tracking information that you do, and have no control over it once I hand it over to the Australia Post Gods.

RETURN, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns - Pottery: If you are unfortunate enough to be unhappy with your purchase once you have received it, you may receive a refund or exchange for the paid value of the item only (not the shipping costs) once the goods are returned in the same condition they were sent. Return shipping costs must be paid for by the sender.

Refunds/Exchanges - Classes: If you have changed your mind about completing a class, please let me know within 7 days of booking for a full refund/exchange of dates. Unless you book less than 7 days prior to the class.

If the change of mind happens in the 7 days leading up to the class only a 50% refund/exchange is possible, unless your spot can be filled.

Extenuating circumstances do happen, if in doubt, please speak with me about your situation.

Class cancellations: If I have to cancel or postpone the class due to any reason there will be a makeup date available for the class. If that does not work for you then a full refund for the class will be issued on a pro rata basis.
